First Balloting Capital Smart City

In a recent update, Capital Smart City has decided to postpone its inaugural Balloting event by a month. Originally scheduled for the third last week of November 2019, the management of Capital Smart City made this decision in response to the prevailing “Political Unrest” situation in the Capital region. Consequently, the balloting event, meant for eligible investors and clients associated with the executive and overseas blocks of the society, has been rescheduled to occur one month later.

As part of these updates, the society has also introduced a map for plot selection exclusively available to investors who have made half or full payments for their plots. This selection opportunity was open until December 5th, 2019, for eligible members to choose their preferred plot numbers. Subsequent to this date, the option for selection was no longer available. Investors were provided with the privilege of visiting Capital Smart City’s head office to make their final plot selection.

Ballot Details

Upon the conclusion of the plot selection phase, the remaining eligible files will be incorporated into the inaugural ballot process. The computerized ballot, designed to assign numbers to both residential and commercial plots, is scheduled to take place in the third week of December 2019. This first ballot event will encompass the allocation of residential and commercial plots within the overseas and executive segments of the project.
